While its compact footprint makes this Craftsman-accented home plan economical to build, heat and maintain, its gathering space is surprisingly open and spacious. Wide windows fill most of the room’s rear wall. One window set slides open to access a covered porch ideal for outdoor dining. The owners’ suite has a large walk-in closet.

We love receiving photographs of our house plans completed and recently received these from a very pleased customer. ”We love the layout, it’s perfect for two or small family. Very happy with the outcome.”

The Emory is a traditional home plan featuring a window bright great room. The front facing room gives this home flexibility to use as a third bedroom or home office.

Below is a link to take a photo tour of the Emory design. Make sure to check out the fun and creative way this customer used a propeller style ceiling fan in a mural.

We received these photographs showing the construction process of our Eagleton log cabin home plan. This spacious contemporary log cabin plan is designed as a vacation retreat, but has all the amenities needed for year-round living. Sparkling windows, stacked three high, fill most of the prow-shaped, A-frame front wall. Its well-organized kitchen has a cook-top work island and is open to the vaulted great room.
