The second story living area of the Glenview design takes in the beautiful views of the Oregon Coast. The photographs were provided by the owner Roxie C., “people LOVE this floor plan (including me!).”
The footprint of this contemporary vacation home plan allows it to fit neatly on a narrow lot. Atypically, the generously windowed family gathering spaces are on the second level. A gas fireplace brightens and warms the living room, opposite the dining room and a kitchen with a conversation bar.
