An extensive array of shared spaces fills the core and left side of this cottage house plan; bedrooms line up along the right. The generously sized living room is fully open to the vaulted nook, and visually open to the kitchen. The kitchen has a wealth of counters and cabinets, including a central cook-top work island and a roomy corner pantry.

This traditional garage plan has a large shop in the back. Both garage doors are 9′ wide and 8′ deep. This garage also has the ablitity to be attached to a house with a covered walk way.
