The Hills Creek’s exterior has the classic look of a European or prairie home, but its single-level interior has all the earmarks of an updated ranch. Standing at the kitchen sink, you can look out across a raised and gracefully curved eating bar, into the dining area, great room and patio. The urban living project constructed by Future B Homes located at Crescent Village in Eugene, Oregon 1st home is complete. This home was also featured in the 2011 Lane County Tour of Homes held in July.
Previous posts highlighed the construction of the Goldenheart designed by Associated Designs. Future construction will be the Rock Creek and Montrose plans. These townhome designs are perfect for high density compact narrow lots. Of the 3 designs the widest is the pictured Goldenheart at 34′4″ wide, yet as the photos show this home lives large.
