The living room’s vaulted ceiling soars two stories high near the windows. Its spacious living area is open to the kitchen, across a long peninsular eating counter. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a wide loft are upstairs.

The urban living project constructed by Future B Homes located at Crescent Village in Eugene, Oregon 1st home is complete. This home was also featured in the 2011 Lane County Tour of Homes held in July.

Previous posts highlighed the construction of the Goldenheart designed by Associated Designs. Future construction will be the Rock Creek and Montrose plans. These townhome designs are perfect for high density compact narrow lots. Of the 3 designs the widest is the pictured Goldenheart at 34′4″ wide, yet as the photos show this home lives large.
