Construction of the Camas house plan is quickly reaching completion. Hardwood floors are installed, finish details wrapping up, and final cleaning is scheduled to begin early next week. Looks like our clients will be spending their 4th of July holiday moving into their brand new home. They’ve enjoyed the process and working with the crew at Gansen Construction.

Construction of Camas House Plan by Gansen Construction
The construction of the Camas plan by Gansen Construction for our clients Mr. & Mrs. C is moving along quite nicely. This week the foundation was poured and floor joists set. Framing is about to begin and trusses are scheduled for delivery April 23rd.
Progress is taking place in the construction of the Camas plan. The building permit was issued late last week, the building pad is in place, and it’s possible that the foundation and sub-flooring will be completed by weeks end.

Original Post March 17th
We are very excited to have our first blog post following the construction of one of our house plans.
Builder, Mike Gansen of Gansen Construction, and his clients are building a modified version of the Camas house plan in a subdivision in the near by city of Junction City. Construction is set to begin in just a few short weeks.
Mr. & Mrs. C will be able to share their building experience and photographs through this blog post. Friends in Rhode Island and family in California and Arizona will be able to follow the progress and even post a thought or two through their process. We hope this is the first of many interactive construction projects to be featured on our blog.
As an established and respected builder in Lane County Oregon, Mike Gansen has constructed many of our house plans, and has shared photographs of a few of his completed projects (Ridgeview & Westdale) which have been featured on our blog. We have enjoyed working with Mike and his clients over the years.
