With the need to build on in-fill lots, and higher density neighborhoods growing, so is the desire to find a plan that will fit on a narrow lot. On our house plans, narrow lot is defined by no more than 40′ wide on a house less than 2000 square feet, no more than 50′ wide on a house between 2000 – 2999 square feet, and no more than 60′ wide on a house between 3000 – 4999 square feet.
