A railed porch spans the front of this large contemporary townhome. Bold stuccoed columns support an arched opening that frames the entry. Inside, the foyer opens out into a bright and spacious area that comprises the living room, dining area and kitchen. The owners’ suite it at the rear, while two bedrooms, a loft, and a third bathroom are upstairs.

We are very happy to receive the following photographs from clients showing the construction of the Aspen house plan using standard 2×6 framing and a conform block basement foundation. Here is what they had to say about their building process and a few changes they’ve made along the way:
“We are in the process of construction of the Aspen design on our beautiful lake property. These are some pictures taken through Sept 8th. The framing should be complete early next week so windows can be ordered. We expect full enclosure with siding, shingles, windows and doors before the first snowfall. Our building contractor changed the I beam direction as shown in the interior photos. The basement is 6 foot ceiling and set for furnace, water, other utility and storage. The master suite has a slider instead of window and door. The window on the master wall is narrowed for placement of furniture. We also added an exterior door (like the Kodiak) onto the utility room for a “mud entrance”. The fire stove in the great room has been changed to a see through wood burning fireplace between the great room and the master suite. We will update you with new photos when exterior has been completed.

In this Cape Cod-style beach cottage, the main floor is one flight up from ground level. The vaulted living room is open to the dining room, which is linked to the kitchen. Glass sparkles across most of the rear wall, so these joined areas are both bright and spacious. The vaulted owners’ suite boasts a large bathroom with a deep soaking tub and walk-in closet.

I’m Harlie, Associated Designs new office dog. I’m a 7 week old Chocolate Labrador and I’m really sweet.
I’m eyeing my new dream home, the Timerberfield. This house features a built in kennel with an accessible outdoor dog run, perfect! Associated Designs even does plan modifications, they can add the same feature to just about any house plan.

The Rockport features a Craftsman-style covered porch which spans half of the front facade, extending from the home’s entry to the garage’s walk-in entry. The great room has a gas fireplace and is open to a dining room with sliding door access to a covered patio. The kitchen is open to the dining room, across a peninsular counter with a flush eating bar.
This home was built in Junction City just outside of Eugene and is currently available for purchase.

Progress is taking place in the construction of the Camas plan. The building permit was issued late last week, the building pad is in place, and it’s possible that the foundation and sub-flooring will be completed by weeks end.
