Construction of Camas House Plan by Gansen Construction
The construction of the Camas plan by Gansen Construction for our clients Mr. & Mrs. C is moving along quite nicely. This week the foundation was poured and floor joists set. Framing is about to begin and trusses are scheduled for delivery April 23rd.

Welcoming covered porch leads into lofty two-story entry of this country house plan. Four large gathering spaces join kitchen and large patio. Utilities, large bonus room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms on second story.

The second story living area of the Glenview design takes in the beautiful views of the Oregon Coast. The photographs were provided by the owner Roxie C., “people LOVE this floor plan (including me!).”
The footprint of this contemporary vacation home plan allows it to fit neatly on a narrow lot. Atypically, the generously windowed family gathering spaces are on the second level. A gas fireplace brightens and warms the living room, opposite the dining room and a kitchen with a conversation bar.
